Helping you get your mojo back - Week 11. How to get unstuck with self love
Welcome back for another week feeling pumped up and ready to move on. Or may be not? You might have diligently followed all the posts, thinking this feels so true, started to draft a Pinterest board with all the dreams you have in your bag. Nothing has changed though why?
Scenario One :
You haven't moved much because you're feeling stuck and in a state of fear. Why? Because it's hard to make a change and a shift, who knows what's gonna happen if I do that?
You're not sure about where you want to go next, you have lots of ideas but it feels confusing and can't make a decision.
You just realised that you love the live you have! WONDERFUL if this is you, stay put. For one and two I have a solution hold on! It's called self-love!
In week four we Discussed about what is holding you back, most of the time it's FEAR, the positive is that you've acknowledged that you're stuck and understand the underlying cause. Be reassured, fear is a normal feeling, and the opposite of fear is LOVE. So if you feel completely incapable to move, embrace love, the love for yourself, your family, your dog, everything that makes you happy.
Gaby Bernstein has wonderful way to summarise it:
Next time you feel in a huge stage of despair, frustration because nothing is changing, or think you're just a failure, say Gaby's words aloud. It will help you get unstuck try it.
If you're stuck because you're in scenario two, incapable to make a choice, it means that FEAR is also holding you back. You can't make a choice because you are scared to fail! I know what I'm talking about as I have been there so many times!
Moving is scary as we don't know where we're going, but life is a journey so nothing will ever be still or stay the same. If you're not sure about which direction to take, follow love! The energy you put out by doing something you love will come back to you ten fold, attract the right people and open new doors.
We've been taught from an early age to choose reason over heart, but you're now at an age where the choice of the heart needs to be first. I can hear you telling about money and safety and I get you. I'm not saying that you've to throw the baby with the bath water, take small steps if you need to, save money, find a job to support your dream and continue to follow the love!
Stay tuned for the last post next week. Don't forget to share and comment!
